Hi all!
I used to frequent these boards a couple of years ago but i'm not sure if anyone remembers me!
I used to be raw, even 100% for a while and I felt great. But somehow I slowly let myself get away from it and before I knew it was eating a lot of cooked again. I got married, had a baby, and here I am today with 30 (!) pounds to lose. I would really like to feel GREAT again, the way I did originally on raw foods!
So, I'm going to try to incorporate more raw and less cooked as time goes on. I'm going slow since I am breastfeeding my baby (4 months old) and I don't want to release a lot of toxins by going raw all at once.
Anyway, that's my story. Nice to meet you all! :)
