I have been making almond milk in my juicer/milk maker. I have so much almond pulp. I did a banana search and read you are suppose to dehydrate it and grind into flour, but I do not have a dehydrator so what can I do with all this almond pulp? I can't afford a dehydrator right now.

Blend it with water, sea salt and dates to taste, until you have a thick dough . Voila, you have a pie crust, or shape into balls and roll on sesame seeds or coconut shreds, voila, you have a delicious desert.

I blended mine with some fruit, almond milk (just a touch) and honey and used it as a toppping (runny) for fruit -- dessert. Very good. My brother licked the bowl.

I made great garden burgers the other night with my almond pulp. Just added some carrots, onion, seasonings, and a dash of agave...was really great.
