I love this!! It's my current favorite dessert. For those that like mixing sweet & savory, this is the perfect way. Whoever came up with this recipe is a genius. I wish I had tried it long ago.

2 fresh Bananas (not frozen)
½-1 Avocados
½-1 Garlic cloves
Blend & chill in fridge (or speed it up in the freezer for about 10 minutes).

Did I mention I'm addicted to it? I even like it better than raw ice cream & brownies & those use to be my favs.

YUM sounds good! I made raw foccaccia bread (lotsa garlic) & smeared it with raw jam ^^ ha ha!

that sounds very strange to my taste buds
I think i'll make this just to see if i like the combo, because i never would have thought of it.

That sounds great! I like adding banana to my guacamoles for a twist. I never thought about just keeping it real simple like this. I'll have to give this a try!

I think i'll make this just to see if i like the combo, because i never would have thought of it. That's why it took me over a year & a half on raw to try it. First I blended just the avocado & bananas & when that tasted good, I threw in a clove. Maybe you can try a 1/4 avo & 1 banana & half a clove to see if you like it.

Run some dried fruit and nuts through the food processor, press into a pie pan and you'll have a raw pie.

Leave out the garlic and add some lime or lemon juice and you'll have a lime or lemon pudding/pie filling.

Add some cardamom for a different taste.

For more nutrition, you can add some greens to the pudding just like you would a smoothie.

Hi everyone! I just whipped up a batch in my new food processor, and at first it was really different tasting but after a few bites. Yum! I like it really cold. I also made taco meat today and that stuff is filling. I love my food processor! I think eating a heavier meal once a day is going to fill me up and I won't be eating all day long. It will probably save on the grocery bill also. (eat less spend less) Did I mention how fast it was to make? It took longer to wash the FP bowl then make the food. Now I need a dehydrator for bread, chips, granola, and cookies. Fun stuff...uncooking! :p

Yay! Glad you liked it. It is still my favorite along with walnut tacos. I too like to have some filling items.

Just wanted to clarify that you must use fresh Bananas for this to work. I ran out & experimented with frozen & it doesn't even come close to tasting good.

Anyone have any success with this?

Bumping this as it's still one of my favorite treats. There's something very satisfying about it and I love that it's both sweet and savory.
