Okay - so, according to allissa's chart - she says to soak the millet for 5 hours and let it sprout for 12. Well - i am ready to eat it but i don't know if it is ready to be eaten!
Is it suppose to be crunchy? Kinda hollow/nutty? Or is it supposed to soften a lot?
And;........... i need suggestions!

I have never used Millet before but as you said, I am sure it is fine. Using it as a Cereal with the Crunch should be SUPER>>>>>>>>>>>>

I combined the sprouted millet with my sprouted quinoa...
then i added chopped tomato, avocado, red pepper, lemon juice, and pepper....
So - appearantly it worked!;)
