I know a lot of people would love to grow their own greens but don't have garden space. I just remembered a few days ago that when I was a young mom the big thing was window shelves. Anyone remember these? There were two hangers with rows of flat glass shelves that attatched to them. I grew just flowers on it but it would make great little gardens. One could have some on a lot of dif windows.:D
I did a search and found u can still buy them or make them yourself out of wood. I have a greenhouse so really don't need it but I might just do one window so i have the herbs close at hand and in winter dont have to go out in the cold to get a snip of this or that.
Greens growing in the house is also good for cleaning the air.
