Alissa's DVD arrived today. and I made many delictable treats. I feel like I ate a lot, but I feel good. I didn't even worry about food combining. I even tried a young coconut today. Drank the water, and blended up the coconut to make macaroons.
What I ate today:
Smoothie with 2 pieces of Kale, orange, 2 frozen bananas
couple of date, nut balls
Cashew Milk, Cacao, and banana shake
Kale wrap w/sundried tomato sauce, pesto, cucumber,tomato and avocado
1 orange
Coconut water, a few pieces of coconut
another Kale taco
Tiny piece of the date nut torte- made with Prunes rather than raisins
I'm not sure how many calories I ate, but I feel very satisfied. I will be camping the next few days and I'm gonna bring as much as possible to be able to stay raw. I am so excited right now and I can't wait to show my family these recipes.
