Greetings!
I started switching to a raw food diet just about a month ago. I did this once I learned more about it. I was curious about it because the term "raw food" kept coming up when I was looking for information on healthy vegan living. I switched to a vegan diet just over 2 months ago for health reasons, thus my screen name. My diet change is going to be permanent, not jsut to get my health back on track. I decided to join here becuase I had heard this site mentioned a few times over on veggieboards as a great forum for raw foodists. It was VeggieJane over there that recommended it to someone earlier today that finally prompted me to join.
I hope to find some great info on raw foods and lifestyle here. I have been kind of going it on my own with loads of help from the internet and posting questions on veggieboards.
