Is there anything wrong with drinking Perrier or Pelligrino water? I get so tired of just regular water. thanks -

Look for Kombucha raw beverages.
They are raw and fermented and they remind me of soda and are extremely low in calories. They come in several flavors and I think Alissa has a recipe for a martini that calls for Kombucha?
I love them!

This is probabbly not helpful if you don't live next to or near a mineral springs area, but I get fresh mineral water from the spring (which naturally has a gentle carbonation) and put fresh squeezed lemon juice and a dash of agave nectar and it's amazingly like soft drink, plus heaps healthier for you!

Do you have any natural springs in your state?

I believe you're supposed to exhale carbon dioxide. I don't think you're supposed to consume it.

*sigh*

CO2 = 1 part carbon, 2 parts oxygen
