Breaking the Dehydrator in!

So I used my new Excalibur 9-tray last night. I'm hooked! I just made taco shells--used a few different recipes and tweaked. But they're rawesome!! I'm amazed at how well they turned out, and they actually *look* like taco shells. I have the inside mix marinating and I wish I could stay home and make raw food all day. :) I'll post pics when it's all raw and done. Yay!!!

Good for you. I just got my new 5 tray Excalibur also. I made zuchinni chips. I am excited to try more. Have fun!!!

:( Awwww, I'm jealous - I want one! I'm pretty new to Raw - less than a month and am trying to wait until Alissa's dehydrator comes out so I can compare.
