ok so I'm almost out of glasses. I've broke most of them ... and some plates and bowls and I have bruises all over from running into things. My cupboard is almost empty. It's like somebody came in and moved all the furniture and the walls and the door. I may need to buy a helmet soon.

yes I was hesitant to say anything but if it were me I would go to the doctor and have some tests run. I have just found out that I am extremely vitamin and mineral deficient but I do not blame raw at all - there are multiple things going on with me that can cause it and it is still under investigation. I am seeing that this situation has been going on with me for years and am angry that it had to get so serious before any doctors would pay attention. Then there are other things you need to have checked as well.

Are your hands shaky or numb? B12 levels OK?

Low levels of vitamin B12 cause damage to the brain and nerve cells. The symptoms this causes may be the first ones you notice. They can include:4

* Numbness or tingling in the fingers and toes.
* Poor balance and coordination.
* Forgetfulness.
* Depression.
* Confusion.
* Difficulty thinking and concentrating.
* Impaired judgment and poor control of impulses.
* A decreased ability to sense vibration.
* Ringing in the ears (tinnitus).
* Dementia, a decline in mental abilities that is severe enough to interfere with daily life.

Or, RawCutter, you could just be experiencing a shift of energy in your bod. When I was first 100%, I would get bizarre shifts of equilibrium, odd rushes of dizzy feelings, etc. I've always been a klutz so I can't gauge if that was affected or not. :)

Plastic dishes and glasses for now? And also, the Plough pose and Downward Dog pose in yoga.

Aren't you fasting? I would think that could have an impact. Toxins buzzing throughout your body and cuasing blockages....or something to that effect.

I'ts not like I'm dizzy, shaking, numb or anything like that. It just seems everything is in a different place. It's like my depth perception has changed or something.

RawCutter,

Everything HAS changed. For the better!!!! Just as getting acupuncture, massage, Reiki, any influx of positive, living, active energy, can make you feel "off," so can putting living, healthy foods into your bod. Juice fasting often has the same effect as being in a sweat lodge; toxins pouring out, energy moving, and it results in you feeling as though you're flying a giant space ship in slow motion. :)

Ride the snake, man. And stay out of china shops for now. ;)

Yeah, when I was 100% Raw I was totally doing the same thing and broke several bowls. I just figured detoxing was affecting my nervous system and was part of the process.

Hey Luckitiri
For minerals, have you thought of getting an electrolyte/mineral supplement to put in your water?
I had a day where i was just tired and found that it kindof helped. Just a few drops in my water and im good.

not sure if this could help you.

I also just switched to Celtic Sea Salt and tonight im throwing out the old stuff that is chemically treated....

Tweety. Yes I have done this in the past. This has been a known product for at least 20 years. I used to buy that in a health food store and put it in my distilled water many years ago. (They did not sell purified water or any water in stores at all at that time.) I had been taught by a holistic healer that the long term use of the distilled water (cause the city water tastes so chemically) would cause heart problems because the distilled water would leach vital minerals from the body. After a couple of years of using that supplement I got very very sick and they never could figure it out. I thought it might have been that so I stopped.

Then in the early 90's there was a multi-level marketing health food company selling similar stuff and I tried again. Lots of people were getting pregnant from this stuff cause it made you hungry that way. Well that is when my whole endocrine system started getting really out of whack so I quit it again. Turned out that I developed the Cushing's disease. I have no idea if it was related or not and am not trying to make that claim. Just the supplement was energizing and I was having a problem sleeping cuz of the Cushings but we didn't know that so I had to stop all stuff that might be interfering with sleep.

At this point I really want to find out what is going on. I have borderline kidney problems so I am not going to run to the store and just try everything until I start getting some diagnostic answers from the doctors. Not working means money is a big issue too. Its a mess!

Anyway, thank you for thinking of me! And God willing, if this is what I need - I will remember this thread when the time is right!

Hey Raw Cutter! I was thinking about having read that raw is healthier because there is more space between your cells. Maybe you have reached that point and there is a temporary adjustment period for spatial relationships? Just a theory.

Is it going away?
