buying cocoa powder?

Does anyone know if Wild Oats or Whole Foods sells raw cocoa powder?

They sell nibs, but not powder. The seem to be buying their products from Nature's First Law, and the powder from their is VERY expensive.

I'd suggest getting yours online or at a health food store in the area.

I get raw cacao powder from Whole Foods. It's $12 for a 1/2 pound. They keep it with all the raw nut trail mixes and stuff. :)

I buy from Alissa's store. It takes less then a week to arrive.

I have Alissa's Cacao Powder too, its really good! I'm looking forward to trying her Coconut Powder (just ordered it). I really want to mix the two together and make something compeletly out of this world!

I agree, Lucy. I'd rather support Alissa. Sometimes I just *need* cacao right then and there. :) But I'm gonna hop on her site and stock up for next time.

I think I may try to find the 1/2 pounder for $12.00. I am all for supporting Alissa, but at $20 a pound plus an additional $10 for shipping, unfortunately I need to think of $$$ first.
