...now that I'm back to my intuitive eating. Intuitive eating to me kinds of weighs up many things at once. May intuition may still guide me to share meals, weigh up my hunger levels... I see it as guiding me to use both my heart and intellect, but with a simplicity and sense of ease... I've spent the previous month in such digestive distress that this is bliss...
