Anyone here has Fructose Malabsorption (FM) or Hereditary Fructose Intolerance (HFI)?
There is not much advice I could find on the internet besides "eat a low fructose diet or a fructose-free diet wether you have FM or HFI".
Fructose is practically in ALL fruits and in some vegetables as well including artichokes, asparagus, green beans, leaks, onions and spring onions!
Sometimes when I eat a salad so simple made of lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, avocado & lemon juice, sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper, I feel bloated, with gas and tummy cramps, then I feel tired and depressed. In truth, these are all fruits with lettuce!
Eating a small handful of raisins or simply an apple between meals gets me farting for hours after! It is really embarassing because they are really stinky too  and upseting when you are eating such a healthy diet!
I am suspecting to have fructose malabsorption. After I finish what I have at home I will try eliminating all fructose from my diet for a while and see what happens and re-introduce some fruits slowly to find my tolerance level.
I feel a raw food diet is somewhat restrictive but greatly enjoyable, however eliminating fruits cuts the fun in half! :(
