Hello all in raw land :D
Well I have a question about cravings and what they mean. I seem to do quite well with raw until it comes to chocolate and sweets... well mainly just chocolate. I have tried raw chocolate treats but they just aren't the same for me, so I guess I have to get used to the fact that I am going to have to say goodbye to the chocolate I know and like.
I am wondering if there is a way to help me through saying goodbye to this SAD tie that leads me down the road to more SAD eating. Maybe I am craving fat when I think I am craving chocolate? Maybe I should try having some nuts instead?
What are your thoughts on cravings, and what can I do to help get me through these chocolate and sugar cravings? Thanks.
