Cholesterol Praise Report!

On the brighter side of things. . . my obscenely high cholesterol is now almost within normal range. My good cholesterol has risen very high so that my still somewhat elevated bad cholesterol has an almost very good ratio. I want to thank raw foods for this! Er, I mean I want to thank Alissa for providing me the means to learn how to do this!

I have been raw for almost 2 years and I am 100% raw 99% of the time and my cholesterol is high. It is not something that I worry about because I think that their facts are a little mixed up when it comes to this matter.

NZgirl, don't worry about that at all!!! Remember that those numbers are based on a very sick population of SAD eaters. No one knows what healthy numbers are for healthy people who eat raw. Judge your health by how you feel, not some numbers!
