Has anyone here actually done the liver cleanse that Alissa posted in the "need to know more about raw?" section?
I'm just curious and also wondering about the parasite and kidney cleanse program that alissa talks about as well and where I could find more info on those. thanks!
I did something very similar, a gallbladder cleanse that was posted here. I got a huge number of things that looked like green gallstones out.

It wasn’t MY actual liver cleanse.
It was one that a student had typed up and sent to her class mates.
Thought it would be helpful for people. There are a lot of different ways to do a liver cleanse though so take what feels right to you from this one.
Best,
Alissa

I have wanted to do a liver cleanse but been afraid to because of borderline kidney problems makes me scared of the epsom salts. I need more information to reassure me that it is OK for me to do.

I wish I had tried a gallbladder cleanse before having mine taken out... it has caused so many problems after being out. How did it work for you? Were you better afterwards?

I am going to give it a try. I am trusting it says no one has reported pain or went to the hospital. I can't afford to buy a cleanse right now.

I've done a gallbladder cleanse before. I didn't actually see any, but they were described to me as greenish round lumps.

Has anyone doe the liver cleanse with a removed gallbladder? I'm sure it can be done, I'm just wondering if things go a bit differently.

Often the first time the liver flush is done no stones pass. I drink lots of apple juice, apple cider vinegar, take malic acid caps with dinner to prepare - these all have malic acid in them and that both shrinks and softens the stones so they can pass. I do that for a couple weeks and always pass stones... the best benefit I have noticed is amazingly improved digestion and a much better mood and higher level of patience.
The stones are sometimes so old they are calcified and very hard - sometimes dark colors. Newer ones are a bright green and can be cut open. They are made of bile salts and body minerals usually... many people have had them analyzed. Many other have had scans before flushing and then again after passing stones and the scans show them gone.
Even with the gall bladder removed stones will pass from the liver - which is really where the bulk of them are stored.
I have done over 30 liver flushes in the past 5 years and they NEVER hurt, have caused only improvement of my health and have become easier and easier for me to do.
