Petals cinnamon rolls???

You said on the picture you made Rawkinlocs cinnamon rolls. It seems like RawK. has changed her recipe...like used almond flour AND oats...or just almond flour....I think...could you give alittle more specific...or would that really matter? I guess if I make it one way to try it, and then I can tweek it?? I'd like to know how you made yours though. They are seriously DROOL worthy!!

well.... for mine I used buckwheat groats, the almond flour ( made from pulp) and the flax seeds. Following her recipe I used a mix of the pecans and walnuts and a mix of agave and honey.

Let's see... I also brushed some cinnamon mixed with a bit of raw agave, nut sprinkles and melted coconut oil on top before dehydrating.. and I smooshed them a bit too.

I dehydrated them for 8 hours at 115.

They are seriously delicious. Make some!
