Aside from Alissa's being an absolute #1, I am looking for a book that was spoken about long ago. I cant rem the name of it.

I am developing strange acne like bubbles along my eye. Would this still be the liver if it is along the thin skin surrounding the eye- below the eye lid..? I'm wondering what type of cleanse would be good for what I'm going through.

I know MissLinda would know this right away.

In holistic cures, am I aiming for the wrong country? (LOL!) Instead of Asian, would this be Indian?

Very sorry, but this eye situation is so new to me. I am in great pain. Would appreciate any links or book titles you can share.

Without actually seeing it, and only going by your description, it sounds like a chalazion. I believe they are caused when the pores of your lids get clogged with oil. Try using warm compresses to help drain, but do not pop them. However, since it is your eyes, I would advise to err on the side of caution and have your ophthalmologist take a quick look at it. Feel better soon ~ Cathy

Elle,

I used to get those styes, or whatever you want to call them. My friend's grandmother (whom I swear was a little witchy) told me to use a plain black teabag on it. Steep it in very hot water, not hot enough to burn your skin, squeeze it out, and lay it on your eye. The tannic acid in it does the trick. It really works!!
