Well, I haven't been pregnant myself, but am very interested in what other people will write back on this question because one day I want to be pregant also.

If you have cramps AND you are spotting, chances are you're not pregnant.

Some women do continue to have a light period throughout their pregnancy, but this is rare.

To be sure, I'd go and get a pregnancy test and take it right away. The earlier you know you're pregnant, the better.

how long have you been raw?? my cycle changed so dramatically the last 2 months I've been anywhere from 65-100% raw, that I thought I was pregnant. I thought I missed a period, it just came late and with no cramps and no PMS and was lighter than usual. Hallelujah!
most common early pregnant symptoms are: nausea, extreme tiredness/fatigue, extremely sensitive to smells, crampy almost like your gonna get your period but don't. Those are the things I remember anyway.
get a pregnancy test asap to be sure. I hope the results are what you desire.

You might want to take a test... sometimes you have what resembles a period when you are first pregnant- it's just your body getting rid of a little extra blood. It happened with me but the bleeding was much, much different than normal. I got moody, really tired, and my breasts were killing me. The nausea didn't come until a little bit later. I don't know how to describe it... I felt "different". Something was just different and I can't really put my finger on what it was. I just felt out of it and kinda strange at first. I think it must have been the hormones messing with me.

If you just switched your diet, that could be a huge reason for the spotting. When I changed my diet, my period was whacked out for a few months but it evened out over a little time.
