I cannot believe how simple and good this is..only frozen strawberries put through my omega with a little maple syrup.. so yummy!!!;) Much better than the cooked sorbets I have had before..

I was on a juice fast for 20 days and lost it... I am mainly trying to just eat Raw now..and not go from one extreme (fasting) to another (eating SAD)...but I am keeping the weight off.

I think that when it warms up for good and I am doing mainly juices again it will start to drop quickly again. Right now it has been snowing...and I have been eating heavier foods..

hey, ertarox!!.. did you see my post asking about corn fritters or muffins?? Any ideas..;)
