I read your first post. Sounds like you're having a lot of problems. Give raw a try for 30 days and see if it makes an improvement. I'm sure it will help. Just buy your favorite fruits, veggies, and nuts and go for it. Jump into the april challenge thread. You'll get lots of support here.Good luck with everything.

Oh thank you so much for your replies. I feel that I am not alone in this now. I am going to the supermarket this afternoon with my baby girl and getting in some good salad foods and veggies.
I am also going to look at this April challenge thing as I think this will spur me on as I have a structure to follow. I am going to read as much on this site as poss so I know my stuff. Feel a bit unsure of everything at the mo and confused about what can, cannot eat, ie.cheese....uff, I love cheese. and coffee, uff, i love coffee.
