I went to the raw food meetup here in san diego and the owner's son (who was not there) made these delicious nori rolls. His father said it was the sloppy joe recipe, but I can't find it anywhere. It had some sort of orange sesame seeds stuff in it. Sorry for the lack of details. Anyone have a sloppy joe recipe or nori recipe that sounds like this? They were the best rolls I've ever tasted.
Thanks

There is a sloppy joe recipe in RAWvolution but its on his onion bread - tho I dont see why you cant roll it in nori...here it is:
1/4 tray crumbled nut loaf
1/2 recipe marinara sauce
1 TBS chili powder
2 tsp ACV
1 TBS mesquite powder
2 C shredded lettuce
In a bowl combine everything except the lettuce.
Nut Loaf:
1 1/2 C raw almonds soaked 3-4 hrs drained and dried
1 1/2 C raw walnuts " " "
1 1/2 C raw sunflower seeds " " "
2 1/2 C portobello mushrooms briefly marinated in 203 TBS nama shoyu (or braggs)
1 yellow onion diced
3 C chopped celery
1/2 bunch parsley stems removed and leaves chopped
10 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 C olive oil
2 TBS cumin seed
1 C Nama Shoyu (or braggs)
1/2 bunch tarragon, stems removed and leaves chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
homogenize the nuts and seeds in a juicer with blank plate. transfer to a mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly, break apart any clumps
Spread mixture evenly on a dehydrator tray with teflexx to a thickness of approx 1 inch. Dehydrate @ 100 degrees for 12 hrs, flip over and return to dehydrator for another 20 hrs
Marinara Sauce:
1 1/2 C blended tomato (2-3 med tomatoes)
1/2 C fresh lemon juice
2 TBS Nama Shoyu (braggs)
2 TBS olive oil
2 TBS chopped yellow onion
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 c sun dried tomatoes
pinch of sea salt
In high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend till smooth
