Do a search for the chocolate pudding recipe. I think it uses avo, sweetner, carob/cocoa, and that's about it...I like to eat it frozen! You could make a bunch this way and freeze it in ice cube trays and then put in freezer bags! Yep, that's what I'd do! (And have done in the past!)

Maraw's chocolate pudding
Salad dressing/dip
Alissa's Avocado chutney (I've never had it, but heard some very good reviews on it)
Blend in smoothies to make creamier
Guac
I've seen (never bought, though) frozen avocado at Trader Joe's...some thinking that maybe you could cut some open, slice and freeze to use in stuff later.

Also...I would use a couple (or more) to make guac. for a few days. Adding some lemon/lime to the mix will help it keep a couple of days!

Sliced with cucumber and celery and carrots and wrapped up in nori sheets. Avocado soup, guacomole, energy soup, lemon/lime pie (maraw's site I think)

This is crazy, but I left a bunch of avo's down my dd's house and she froze them whole, stone, skin and all. Just plopped 'em in the freezer. I thawed one this last time I went down. It changed the consistency, kind of, sort of, but I put it in my smoothie and it was fine!

make a face mask or rub them in your hair and let it sit for a while as a conditioner!
I personally eat them with just lemon and crushed red pepper flakes.. yum!

I've got a bunch of avos and i wanted to try a avocado curry soup. I was gonna use coconut water, avocados, curry powder and cashew cream.

Just FYI - I think it was Good Eats on food network that said not to refrigerate whole avocados for best flavor. Same goes w/ tomatoes... Just a note. Obviously once you cut into them, they need to be refrigerated...
As for me -when I have a bunch of really ripe avos trying to go bad, I make up a batch of guac and dip veggies in it, use it as salad dressing, etc. finely chopped red onion, small bit minced garlic, fresh lime juice, pinch sea salt, small bit of finely chopped cilantro and away you go! Yum!

You could try Ani Phyo's avocado soup! http://aniphyo.com/?p=34 It uses 1.5 avocados.
Tropical Lime Pie - do a search here on the site. It is posted.

ooh... was your skin nice and smooth after?? how'd it go? did you mix it with anything else or just use that? how long did you leave it on?

Yeah - it actually was smooth after! Here's what I used: (sorry - didn't measure!)
1 avo
some cucumber
some honey
some ground hemp seed
a little water
1/2 lemon juiced
I left it on about 20 minutes then just rinsed. It felt sorta tingly in a fresh way - like when I put tea tree oil in my bath!
