Rawkinlocs I revisited your site because I wanted to try out your peach cobbler recipe (by the way, no peaches in season right now and so I'm doing it with pears and apples and I do like the option by letting the fruit sit and marinate for a while).

Anyway, I have to say thanks to you I had some greens right along with the SAD greens my family served. I had cornbread thanks to Alissa's corn chips recipe. I was planning on using them for tortillas and then I got an idea - corn bread wraps. I put my greens in the tortillas and wrapped them up - VOILA - cornbread wraps that were really delicious. The only thing I did differently was to use turnip greens because they are more tender than collards and I knew I wasn't going to be able to let them marinate overnight. I just let them sit in the dehydrate and marinate for about 5-6 hours and they are great.

Thanks Rawks and Alissa for the recipes... I was in awesome raw healthy soul food heaven today.

Rawkinloc's calls it Peach (or Apple) Delight

SchoolofRAwk - I don't know about the jambalaya; I never ate it when I ate cooked (not into the seafood or the meats that are in it).. I think we could turn it into a tasty veggie jambalaya soup though

Rawk & Jacki ... bring on the cookbook - please
