I saw that Whole Foods recently had a course on juicing responsibly. This, of course, made me wonder, "have I been juicing irresponsibly?" If there is anyone out there who went to the course or has the materials, I would love to know what it was about. Any other input on juicing responsibly is also welcome.
The thread on using the pulp ties in to this--no waste. I like it.
Thanks!

The best use for pul so far for me has been in flax crackers, nut burgers and fruit leather. Of course this depend on what the pulp is.
Next choice is compost it for the fleurs and trees.

It could be a gimmic to get you to buy more of their products....
I know it is important to ALWAYS Clean your Juicer after Each use. Then there are the pros and cons of mixing Fruits and Vegetables.......

My rabbit had to have an operation recently and can't eat hard foods so I feed him the pulp. May try feeding the rest to the dogs when I get home and juice. Should be interesting!:)
