Do these just prevent the seeds/nuts OWN enzymes from digesting, or do they also prevent outside enzymes from digesting (like if you were to take a digestive enzyme with the meal)?

Im wondering because Im soaking some sunflower seeds right now, and if soaking doesnt neutralize all of the enzyme inhibitors, would the digestive supplement I take when I eat make up for that? Or would the inhibitors prevent THOSE from digesting the seed also?

Does that make sense?
How does that work?

i dont understand why you would take enzyme supps when every food you eat has its own unique enzymes to digest properly...

but i guess ur theory may have some credence, i just feel like each food has its own unique set of enzymes designed specifically for its digestion, which is why im mainly a mono eater, and why i dont take enzymes. but if it works for you, great. whatever makes you happpy and keeps u raw.

i was asking if i, for some reason, soaked seeds/nuts for a time less than what was needed to release the enzyme inhibitors, would taking a digestive enzyme supplement assist in the digestion of those seeds/nuts since the own enzymes of the seeds/nuts wouldnt beause the enzyme inhibitors were still in place, or would those enzyme inhibitors prevent outside enzymes from digesting the seeds/nuts also.
