Shelled pistachios?

I had a huge craving and had some shelled ones - raw??

To be clear - I mean they are IN the shells!

Some are raw, some are not. Pistachios are almost always in the shell. The red ones are not raw, they are actually dyed but the tannish ones probably are. At my health food store they are marked raw. Of course... as we know that doesn't mean anything these days <sigh>
