Whenever I look at recipes of foods that I really would like to try, like a raw veggienut burger, I always get frustrated because it says things like 'soak the nuts for 24 hours' 'dehydrate for 12 hours, look at it and dehydrate for another 4,5 hours'......

Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating A LITTLE, but not much. What are some of the most creative, fun, delicioius and easy recipes you can think of.

Besides smoothies and lettuce wraps. Those are no brainers.

One of my current favorite EASY-satisfying recipes is zucchini pasta. Sometimes I slice it into thick lasagna-like noodles and layer a meat sauce, layer of noodles then a cheese sauce and more noodles then maybe some tomato sauce. So easy and takes only minutes. Sometimes I julienne the zucchini into spaghetti-like noodles and make Gus' Pesto from Alissa's book or use Russell James' tomato sauce from his lasagna recipe. I have also used the Rich Cheddar sauce found on Carmella's blog. Today I had a linguine-type noodle with the pesto... SO GOOD. I simply slice the zucchini with my veggie peeler, stacked all the pieces up and cut them into linguine sized noodles. The key to the zucchini noodles is putting some salt on the noodles in a colander and massaging it into the noodles - let it sit for 15-30 minutes. They will get nice and soft... noodle like.

nori rolls are very satisfying! I use a green patte in mine but you can do whatever you want. I like to stuff them w/carrots, celery and avocado. They are very good!

I don't have a dehydrator and I made burgers:)

I got a recipe for yummy crabless cakes froma raw website. Also have you visited Shazzie's detox your world site? She has a recipe for walnut burgers on there. She dehydtates them, but there is no rule to say that you have to! They will still taste lovely....If that is to your taste of course!

What about making a nice raw Ratatouille?

Yummy recipes all over the place.....Like here for example:
