Of course I want you to try this LifeStyle. I think you have NOTHING to lose and EVERYTHING to GAIN. But you are also wise to do your homework.

Do you have a history of diabetes in you Family? Usually having a Family history does not have to affect us UNLESS you do something to trigger it. Like gaining weight, becoming inactive, poor diet etc.

Ask all the questions you wish, someone is ALWAYs willing to help you or lead you in the Right direction. So Excited that you are thinking about trying this again........

I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW....Welcome to MY World......

Eating sugar can bring a diabetes tendency to fruition. Raw folk mostly lose their craving for sugar and so I think raw helps to prevent it, forestall it, and cope better with if you have already. I think that if you are raw and still crave sugar you need to have an investigation done of your body. You will feel better raw but you need to recognize that you have to go through detox first. There is a raw high. I did experience it once for part of a day. Been detoxing ever since. My case is extreme however. Most people can get to that raw high pretty quickly - or quickly enough to know that the intermittant detox is well worth it.

Edit: Oh my! I see that you are 14! There are other kids here. Maybe if you ease into this slowly and educate your parents or guardians at the same time? And - you are 14 - why are you worrying?
