I just ordered PEANUT BUTTER EXTRACT.

I am going to attempt a RAW CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DESSERT.

Any suggestions?

AWESOME!

Thanks!

I cannot wait - I do NOT like Maca in recipes or plain, etc, but I am excited to use my pb extract and some ideas on the boards to see what I can do. THAT POST IS MARVELOUS, THANKS!

It's like vanilla or almond extract, only pb. I found it online, searching for something else. Decided to try a bottle! Could be fun ;-)

Here's another although I sure wouldn't use this one! Esp. after artificial flavors approved by the FDA oh yeah - THAT Is real comforting - NOT!!!!!!!

http://spicebarn.com/peanut_butter_flavoring.htm

Contains: Water Propylene Glycol, Alcohol (less than 10%), Caramel Color, Brown Sugar, Invert Syrup, Acacia Gum, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Flavors approved by the FDA. Contains Sulfites.

I posted the last one because you REALLY have to watch ALL ingredients. And question. Question if it doesn't list the ingredients, like on a web site for example...

No extract is really going to be raw. Not vanilla, not any of them. May be alcohol-free or organic, but we use so little extract, as opposed to how many unraw cashews are usually in the same dessert ;-).

Yes, it SHOULD make something very peanut buttery. I'll have to double check with where I got mine from. I agree, not all extracts or spices are created equal. I do research that, too!

I do agree with this. I just am trying to convince folks to really read and question what they are eating/buying.

Which is tremendously good advice. :-)
