Alissa's DVD

Has anyone watched it? What can I learn from it? I took Level I and II last spring and I am want to start improving my skills at uncooking. I'm wondering if the DVD will have anything on it that I didn't learn in class?

I have it and have watched it. I have never taken any of the level classes, so I can't compare to that. I like to see Alissa in action and speaking about raw foods and creating some of her wonderful dishes. It's a great accompaniment to the book.
