Thanks for posting the link to Alive With Gabriel. I enjoyed reading some of his articles. There are a lot of good articles on this site. It's always nice to be turned on to interesting sources of Raw Food Friendly Information.

I have read Gabriel's book, "Spiritual Nutrition" which I enjoyed very much, as well. He says his next book will be called "Spiritual Fasting", which I look forward to reading when it comes out.
