Recipes with Saffron?

My sister-in-law returned from Turkey recently and gave me a small packet of Saffron. I guess it is a delicacy as it came in a round hard-plastic container and she split it between family members.

Can anyone suggest a recipe I can use this spice with? I hate for it to get old and not be used. I have Alissa's book and am pretty much using that as my guide and haven't seen any recipes with saffron. Maybe I could add to one from the book. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How about a cauliflower couscous? You can put cauliflower in the food processor until it's chopped into bitsy pieces. Then add parsley, olive oil, various chopped veggies, and spices like saffron, etc.
