I'm so excited you guys! So far I absolutely love this way of eating. I already feel so much better. I have fibromyalgia, and I'm already in less pain. I weigh 144 and am 5'3". I've wanted to lose weight, but am mainly doing this for health purposes. Anyway, I lost 1.5 pounds in 3 days. Normally it would take me 3 weeks to lose anything!

I have to admit, I'm not 100% raw yet. I am drinking decaf coffee w/a little organic cream. I know that's a no-no. But I started this being a full fledged SAD eater, so I feel I'm doing pretty well! I'm sure I'll give it up in a couple of weeks, if not sooner.

and your desire for the coffee will fade. I am on day 2 of 100% raw (keep going at it) and even after having hit the coffee really hard for the past week, I'm not having any cravings. Never thought that would happen! I think it's largely a psychological battle, so just focus on what you're doing right and don't pay too much attention to that coffee, whether you're drinking it or not!

Blessings,

Shoney

Way to go. Keep it up. I, too, am on Day 4 (again) and I am also having my no-no drink once or twice a day. Mine is green tea with that soycreamer in it, or a cup of yerba mate with the soycreamer. But hey, like you said, with everything else being raw, it is such a huge improvement, I'm sure the rest will take care of itself when it's time. Hope so anyway! Keep us posted on all your progress! Isn't this forum an awesome place to go for support!

YAY!! That is so awesome!!! I also found relief from the pain of fibro right away when I went raw!! It is amazing how quickly the body can respond when we just provide the right conditions for it!

Wishing you all the best!

Thank you all! I've been on so many different diets trying to heal my body. This one just seems right. It feels so right that I'm afraid I will fail. I want to do this for a very long time. I'm not sure what my hesitancy is to jump into the 30 day challenge though??
