coconut cream

Hi, I did a banana serch and did not find the answer I was looking for about coconut cream. How do you get cream from a coconut or is there some type of replacement I can use? Such as coconut oil or butter? I seen online where you can purchase cream, but it is not raw. :confused: I just thought about checking out Allisa's store would one of her coconut products work? I am making pina colatas, mine without the rum of course.

Alissa sells Coconut creme--It's called coconut butter. But if you want the best virgin colada you'll ever taste, get a fresh pineapple and a fresh young coconut. Add some ice and blend. :)

The problem with using just coconut butter with a colada is that it may taste a little off.
