Raw barley?

I bought some... now what do I do with it?

Do you have Living on Live Food? If so, soak it, sprout it and make Alissa's FAB chili (it adds a nice texture to it) or the Spanish Rice recipe (I've never tried it, but sure it's good).

Carmella uses it in her pizza crust (see her blog "The Sunny Raw Kitchen" for the recipe)

Mmmmm:

Soak it and blend it with water to a medium paste - add a touch of salt and cumin and dehydrate it in "pancakes". Makes a soft pita-like bread!

Also, soak it and blend with water and AGAVE and/or cinnamon, etc and do the same: a sweet flat bread! :-)
