So I'm not really new, but looking for more support this time. I totally fell off the diet and got very sick, and am now back on, but still dealing with being sick. I have colitis which is an inflamatory bowel disease and am looking for other who have had success on the raw diet healing themselves of colitis or crohns.

I think David Klein has a whole book on it.

Also, consider that it's usually a parasite/fungal issue.

And PLEASE look at www.herbdoc.com. Try his colon cleanse. His Formula 2 is great for slowing an overactive colon down. :-)

I have read both the books by David Klein and by Paul Nisen about raw and colitis. But I still have problems even after doing their programs (with are very similar). But thanks for letting me know, I know not everyone does know about them.

Sorry ignore last post just saw you had read both of their books. I don't know how long you stuck with their program/diet but I imagine it could be a long term process. Have you thought about emotional causes? I'm not sure of your belief system but many people have success with EFT. I found a case study here for you.
