Hi there. This is my first time posting and I was wondering about raw oat groats. I recently purchased them for the first time, and there are brown/black round particles in with them about twice the size of poppy seeds. I contacted the company and they do not know what I am referring to. Just wondering if anyone knew what these could be, to me they look like some sort of seed but I dont really want to eat them till I know what they are, and if they are normally in oat groats.
