I checked on some companies that actually soaked their almonds, seeds etc before they made the butter and so far i have only heard from 1 company and they DO NOT soak their seeds or nuts first. There process is explained well and they do care but they are not soaked. Will keep you updated on anything else i hear.

I don't know of any company that does....maybe one of us should start a business? :) no competition and raw foodists everywhere would buy our butter!!!

Hi LuvMangos -

Blue Mountain makes a butter called Better Than Roasted that is soaked, sprouted, and dehydrated. I have never tried it.

Here is the link...Better than Roasted (http://www.betterthanroasted.com/BTR%20Nut%20Butters.html)
