In the last two days I've made:
- stuffed portobella mushrooms
- thousand island and russian salad dressing
- mock tuna salad on spinach (so good)
- mint chocolate chip ice cream
- strawberry/coconut sorbet
- curried kofta balls in cashew & tomato curry sauce
- pesto, pine nut and sundried tomato pasta (wow! and SO easy!)
- cucumber dill salad
- pad thai
I'd say I'm set for the rest of the week! LOL

I sorta do, too! SO much food!

I made this one up. Just some tomato, avo, braggs, dijon mustard, parsley, thyme, kalmata olive, olive oil ... dehydrated the 'shrooms for a bit.

Got these from this board! A while back there was a big ol' list of dressing recipes posted.

This is from the Rawvolution Cookbook
- mint chocolate chip ice cream
Made it up. Just frozen naners, some mint leaves, and some vegan chocolate chips - fp'ed and then put in the freezer
- strawberry/coconut sorbet
Made it up. Freshly strawberries, a couple spoonfuls of coconut oil, and some coconut milk
- curried kofta balls in cashew & tomato curry sauce
This one is in "The Complete Book of Raw Food"
- pesto, pine nut and sundried tomato pasta (wow! and SO easy!)
Used the Rawvolution recipe and just added in the sundried tomatoes
- cucumber dill salad

Sunday is my weekly 'cooking' day.
Yesterday I made
corn chips
leek bread (onion bread but with leeks)
seed and vege bread (pumpkin, sunflower, flax with spinach, beet, kale, celery pulp flour)
hummus
almond milk (almond meal went into the dehydrator and made flour for the breads)
vanilla ice cream (using the almond milk)
walnut taco meat + cashew sour cream
and I prepped for making spring rolls, crepes and pizza (started my buckwheat sprouts)
its a good time to be a co-worker of mine.

Using the almond pulp as flower is such a great idea!

Anyone got anything to share on freezing dehydrated goodies to thaw later? I need dehydrated recipes to be Raw at this point in my life, but I'm also single and the portions are big. But I'm sharing some of the food with friends. if they're worthy (just kidding!)

I also feed just one - me. I freeze the mini pizzas, Maraw's pancakes, crackers. A lot of stuff freezes well...

I've been going batty the last few days...I've made:
nori rolls
coconut custard parfaits
potato salad
kale salad
date nut torte (OMG OMG OMG I almost ate the whole thing...i kid you not)
Blonde fudge (ya and this too...)
berry bars
I'm prepped for pizza crusts and going to sprout some more buckwheat for the calzones
tomorrow dinner is curried yam bisque...
I'm gonna get FAT eating like this!!
