Vanilla Almond Macaroons by Laughing Giraffe (WOW!)

I just had some raw vanilla almond macaroons that I bought today at WFM and oh my goodness...was it ever good!! WOw! It was moist and had the perfect amount of sweetness for me. Lately, I've not been too impressed with a lot of raw snacks that I've bought at WFM, but this was awesome. Thought I'd share! :)

Btw...Laughing Giraffe Organics is a company located out of Phoenix and they make raw/vegan/organic snacks. THey have about 5 other flavors. I don't know if all WFM sell their products, but I'm so glad ours does. :D

YES,these are SO very good.
the other flavors are actually granola, and are also very good.
probably the BEST prepared raw i have had.
the macaroons,acually "snackeroons" are amazing.....HOW does he do it?
no one would suspect they are raw.
all Whole Foods stores carry the Laughing Giraffe brand(look in cereal isle,for some reason these are not stocked in the raw section...or go to www.thelaughinggiraffe.com to see the products) I emailed Justin to tell him of my delight with his products & congratulate him on ALL the Whole Foods stores accepting his products....that is big.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS... My local WFS is out of them because yours truly, purchased them all over the past few days... Since they were out I also tried the Pineapple, Macadamia, etc type macaroon, I hate pineapple on its own, But this was amazing. u couldnt even taste it, It blended so well... Yummmm!@
