Jsut got my Dehydrator yesterday but I can already tell I'm gonna need one for raw sweets and one for garlicky oniony items. So I can have them both going at the sam time.

Any recipes for a raw pretzel? :D

Actually, I took Alissa's rye bagel recipe and shaped the "dough" into short pretzel sticks. It worked easy wetting my hands and then shaping the dough.
They are pretty dern close to Peppridge Farms pumpernickle flavored pretzel sticks...I dehydrated them until they got pretty crispy. About 24 hours.

:D makes me spontaneously thinking of Tom Hanks in cast away, where hes allone on an island for 4 years.

He lost a lot of weight for a part of the film.. and I read an interview with him where he was asked how he managed it to get rid of all his fat and shape his body into perfection... his answer: I ate nothing else than radishs:p
