Playing at eating raw...

Hi, I must confess that I have been playing at eating raw. I have not really been raw serious. I have enjoyed the benefits of eating raw such as weight loss and times of feeling sensational. I have also had negative feeling eating raw such as being bone tired and having terrible gas. So now that I have experienced some highs and lows of eating raw I have set my mind to do this 100%. Something just clicked in my head and now I know I am truly ready to commit to eating raw. I believe that I will be victorious because I know from experience once I truly commit to something I do not give up! My plan is to start telling my friends and family the news. This is where I will get my support! I have been keeping raw a secret and making excuses why I didn't eat their cooked foods. I feel so much better confessing is so good for the soul. :p

Wonderful! When I first started reading your post, I thought you were going in a different direction with it but it took a suprisingly positive turn! I'm on day 2 myself and feel as though I've lost some water weight. I'm much lighter and feel pretty good so far.

I listened to Alissa and Revel's radio interview today. Alissa is a very positive person and well Revel is Revel she tells you how she sees it! Wouldn't it be so wonderful to have a personality like Revel. She gives you tough love thats for sure! :eek:
