soaked brown rice...is this high in carbs? or high in sugar, rather?
i dont know how that works :confused:
also, does it have gluten in it?
i should totally know this, but dont :o

rice is gluten free.
ive heard rice is hard to sprout and doesnt taste very good though...you might be better off with quinoa or buckwheat, both quinoa and buckwheat are supposed to be gluten-free too--

Rice is gluten free. It's not exactly high in carbs, but I wouldn't say it's low either. It's generally avoided on a low-glyc diet though because it is more acidic and mucous-forming than other grains.
I like quinoa and buckwheat myself! :)
