Hello everyone, hope you are having a beautiful day. I made Cinnamon Maple Pecan Milk for my afternoon snack. I love love loved it! I made it in my Vitamix, and it resembled slightly warm light hot chocolate. The changes I made to the recipe were: I did cut the recipe in half twice. That made the perfect amount for just me. I did not soak the pecans (couldn't wait 2 hours :), did not add the optional stevia and extra maple syrup, (the 2 tablespoons already in the recipe was enough for me, I might even reduce that some next time), and I did sprinkle a little nutmeg on top in my glass. This was a real winner and is contributing to my already beauuuutiful day! Enjoy and here is the link if you are interested.
