Watching Alissa's DVD's and reading her book has been a real eye opener for me. I have read many raw food books over the years. I have many different recipe books too. None of them have been as all encompassing as Alissa's. Her approach is simple and fun and easy.

I love her enthusiasm, it shines through in the books and especially on the DVD. Thank you Alissa for making a comprehensive plan to help people go and stay raw.

I appreciate her saying to eat what you want. I feel that it is best to let your body tell you what raw foods it wants. I have had a craving for mangoes. I have really really been desperate for them. Only found organic ones at my husbands job. Thank God he gets a 20% discount because they are $2 each (even small ones). I like to feed my body what it's asking for.

There is a lot of information out there and it's easy to get confused, and become rigid. I like that Alissa says that this diet is about freedom. I feel more creative and free than ever before. I am making lots of raw foods and sharing them with even the staunchest of meat eaters who absolutely love it. I don't preach, but everyone at my job is aware of what I am doing, and they are seeing the benefits and seeing how much I glow has convinced them that there is definitely something good about this "raw diet" that I am on.

Any way. I really enjoyed making and sharing Alissa's crepes. They are so delicious.

Thank you for this wonderful site and support. After dabbling in raw for many years, I feel like I have finally found the way that will help me to always maintain my raw and living foods lifestyle. 25 days so far.....but whose counting? ;)

Very cool! Isn't this the best? Wish I would've become raw years ago, but so glad my Angel came to me! And of course everyone else! ;)

I think all Fruit will be cheaper in Summer when they are in Season. I Love Summer and Mangos.. and all the RAWsome. I can't wait to have Pineapple Sorbet, I only eat frozen in the Summer. I freeze eating it in Winter. So Happy you (we) found Alissa and this Forum.
