Payday means.... two new raw cookbooks for me! Not that Alissa's isn't the best, of course =)... but I'm so psyched to try some new stuff!!

I got Rawvolution (cause y'all talk so much about it) and The Complete Book of Raw Food. They had a whole shelf of options at Border's... I had to hold myself back!

Cool (raw) beans!!! I have a huge library too. But always go back to Alissa's. Then there's the two huge 3 ring binders I've created, but always go back to Alissa's.

For me it means raw food event in Beverly and escaping this island. :D

As soon as I get a dehydrator and try all of Alissa's stuff, I'm going to branch out too!

I got those 2! And to tell you the truth, I haven't used any of the recipes! :o Only b/c I'm doing Alissa's 4 week challenge...and my goal is to try every recipe in all of my books at least once and get a book of my own 'favorites' to pick from! And the stuffed portabello mushies will DEFINITELY be on that list...SO good
