Would like to know if anyone on this board has been a raw foodist or fruitarian for over ten years.
Ps Anyone have any ideas why i feel sick after eating raw veg-excluding tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, peppers(which some would classify as fruit/veg before any smart alecs point that out). Why do i find eating nuts heavy going and the same with sprouts, but feel great though after eating fruit.

-I've been all-raw for many years, and I personally find your experiences to be very normal. With a newly sensitized and healthier body....you might want to experiment by mono-eating single foods to see which ones your body reacts very well to.....and feels lighter and more energetic.....and which ones just make you sick.....or sluggish.....or uncomfortable. Just a suggestion.

Nuts - cuz you are new and you are still clearing out. (?)
Sprouts have starch = sugar (?)
Fruit sugar is different - more direct - does not have to be converted like starch(?)
Wow Spicyfull . . almost 1 year?

Not sure about that still cleaning out scenario. Been eating an extremely simple diet for years with only whole, fruit and vegetable. Have not been a meat eater for years. When i went raw a long time ago. Yes the reaction was quite severe but never lost the constipation even when i fasted. Had to have a check up at the hospital and the doctor actually commented on how clean my colon was, although they could give me no clear diagnosis. I am an active exerciser including cv, resistence and stretching. I also take time out of my day to meditate.
My bowels became better recently when i went full fruitarian, but had to stop because my teeth were hurting and occasionally after eating oranges i felt my eyesight effected.
