Healing Reaction on 60-90% raw

I had my first healing reaction which consisted of chills for two days, diarrhea for a half day and passing gross mucousy things (I apologize to all queasy stomachs). Is the 30-day challenge only for those who are 100% raw? I'm not ready for that yet, but I'm inching closer and closer to it!

"The" 30-day challenge is to be 100% raw. I don't see why you couldn't alter that in some way for yourself, but it wouldn't be the same!

I'm almost to 30 days 100%ish (barring that stuff like Lara bars may not really be raw hehe), and I have had a couple episodes that I won't share that have been similar. I'm feeling much cleaner. :)
