I love tea with cream, but I'm ready to switch to RAW, are there any good substitutions for cream. I was thinking almond milk but is there anything I can use to "thicken" it?????

just add less water when making it. and make sure to add honey, dates, or agave to sweeten it up a bit

I also like cashew milk. Made thicker with less water too. It has its own natural sweetness, making it reminiscent of half and half.

I agree with EYB and Tirza - the more water you add to your nut milk the thinner it will turn out (like skim milk) but the less you add, the thicker so you can have "whole milk" or even "cream"! :) And I also use cashews - I make mine with an almond-cashew blend.
